At ALC Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, sealed condition. Please note that opened media such as vinyl and CDs cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
