When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For limited edition vinyl drops or pre-orders, please refer to the specific shipping timeline listed on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on defective or damaged media within 14 days of delivery. Due to the limited nature of our releases, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the item has been opened.
How are vinyl records packaged for shipping?
We use high-quality, reinforced record mailers with additional padding to ensure your vinyl arrives in pristine condition. Records are often shipped outside the sleeve upon request to prevent seam splits.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is processed for fulfillment and cannot be changed.
